Description:
Includes a dry mix with gluten-free and dairy-free flour, a packet of honey, and a jar of banana blended with sugar, vanilla and a touch of lemon. Add oil and eggs for a mouth-watering loaf, rich in fiber and potassium.
Ingredients:
Dry mix ingredients: gluten-free flour mix, (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), sugar, baking powder, xantham gum, salt. Wet ingredients: organic bananas, organic evaporated cane juice, organic vanilla extract, ascorbic acid. Sweetener: 100% pure Grade A honey.
Note: Produced in a facility that also processes wheat-based products.

You'll need: 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, the jar of banana blend, the honey packet (1/2 cup), and the ingredients in the dry mix bag.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a large bread loaf pan (9" x 5") with cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, cream together oil, honey, and eggs with electric mixer. Alternating with banana blend, add dry mix into the egg mixture; mix until blended. Scrape batter into pan.
Bake for 35-40 min., until loaf has begun to brown. Cover loosely with foil to keep edges from burning. Bake another 18 - 25 minutes until wooden toothpick inserted near center of loaf comes out clean.
Makes 1 loaf.
Variations
Add ½ cup chocolate chips or ½ cup walnuts.
For cake, add ½ cup chocolate chips, bake in a round bundt pan, reduce cooking time, and frost with cream cheese frosting.
